Rachel Hughes will be discussing the vital role of the TCO at the ADI Team Congress 2017

Rachel Hughes will be part of an outstanding speaker line-up at the ADI Team Congress 2017, presenting as part of the Team Programme. She will be discussing the role of the treatment coordinator (TCO) for practices offering dental implants.

She says, “The TCO role is primarily there to build customer relations and handle communication. With an involved, complex procedure such as implants, it is very important. The TCO should guide the patient through every stage of the process, ensuring a very robust consenting process.

“I think the main challenge for practices offering dental implants is local competition. Having a TCO in place means that patient enquires and marketing campaigns can be handled in the appropriate manner.

“I hope that delegates will be excited to see how the TCO role can be used to its full potential within a dental practice and how the role can be expanded to benefit the practice as a business and the wider dental team.”

To hear Rachel, plus an array of other world-class speakers exploring everything from clinical procedures to periodontal management, don’t miss the ADI Team Congress 2017.
