EAS Congress 2020 in Malta has free official app for delegates
The European Aligner Society (EAS) has announced that its 3rd Congress in Malta now has a free, official app. Once signed up to attend the event, the app, which can be downloaded by going to https://whova.com/portal/rdeas_202003/?source=download_email, will enable delegates to:
• View the event agenda and plan their schedule
• Find someone to share a cab to go to the conference together or meet for a lunch/dinner
• Plan social activities such as a city tour, or meet-ups with fellow attendees.
• Receive updates on pre-Congress Courses and Workshops (and self-register to these when they are finally fulfilled), social events, or find out about last-minute room changes from the organisers
After downloading, delegates are advised to use an email address when signing up to the app, choose a strong password, or sign up using a social media account. Once they’ve done delegates should be taken directly to their event!
Impressive international line-up
The popular two-and a half day EAS Congress has previously attracted over 600 European and overseas delegates, and this year will draw together the latest innovations presented by an impressive international line-up of speakers.
The programme includes plenary lectures, pre-Congress courses, assistants’ programme and workshops. These revolve around three key topics: diagnosis and treatment planning; clinical tips; and patient perception.
The event, hosted by the Hilton Malta Hotel – which is situated in the heart of the fashionable Portomaso waterfront in the popular St Julian’s district in Valetta – begins on the afternoon of Thursday 19th March and runs through to the evening of Saturday 21st. Sunday 22nd is an open (R&R) day in which to explore the islands of Malta and Gozo.
Booking is now open and early sign-up rates are available. There are also doctor and staff packages. The congress has partnered with Air Malta to ensure reasonable travel rates are available for members.
Go to www.eas-aligners.com where it is also possible to renew Society membership and benefit from reduced Congress booking rates.
