IAS Academy: “An excellent organisation”
A clinician completed the Clear Aligners Level 2 course with IAS Academy, having previously attended the Align, Bleach and Bond (ABB) programme. Here they share their experience.
Having taken the first course with Dr Tif Qureshi, the Clear Aligners Level 2 programme was about reinforcing what I had previously learned, in addition to discovering what I’d be able to achieve next in practice.
The format of the course was good, as it was a relatively small group; the practical aspects were also enjoyable. Dr Josh Rowley (top) is very knowledgeable, so he was able to explain things quite clearly. We could ask questions confidently as it was always an open discussion.
I now have more confidence as a result of the courses I have attended, as they have filled in the gaps in my knowledge and given me the self-assurance to carry on doing simple anterior orthodontics.
I’d absolutely recommend these courses to other professionals if they want to expand their treatment options for their patients. As both Dr Tif Qureshi and Dr Josh Rowley have said, clear aligners are a simple, non-invasive procedure that enhances your ability to make the right decisions for your patients.
The IAS Academy is an excellent organisation, and the support forum with mentors is where beginners like myself can receive professional help from the more experienced practitioners. They give you the confidence to do the things in practice that, two years ago, I wouldn’t have done by myself.
