Our people know they are valued not just because of their skills and the clinical excellence they deliver daily, but because of who they are as individuals. 72% of those surveyed agreed that ‘Management shows a sincere interest in me as a person, not just an employee’. This shows that we are a family and that we get to know each and every member of the practice and operational team, valuing them for who they are as much as what they do.
Dentists at Colosseum Dental UK are encouraged to innovate and find new ways of working. This is shown by 72% of those surveyed agreeing that ‘Management genuinely seeks and responds to suggestions and ideas’ which is typical of our collaborative working style.

As a result, 76% of the team feel ‘My work has special meaning: this is not “just a job”’, and 84% say that ‘I feel I make a difference’ – as the team are empowered to initiate change and develop work processes, and build a sense of purpose and meaning in their role with us.
While our dentists are encouraged to be self-motivated to realise their ambitions with us, we continue to focus on providing the training, resources and personal support necessary to help them to reach their goals. 78% of those who took part in our survey indicated that ‘I am given the resources and equipment to do my job’.
This high level of support is provided within top-level, modern facilities, 84% of survey participants described them as ‘A physically safe place to work’.
